Flowers are still my favorite subject. Sadly , this year there have been very few insects, especially early on.
Blue and Bailey have a contemplative moment
the squirrils seem to have disappeared since we have the dogs. But plenty of baby birds have been born and are enjoying the summer feeder.

Renate, everything looks lovely. This is the only way I get to enjoy your gardens, but I'm glad to have at least this opportunity to see the beauty, if not the real thing. :-) The puppies have really grown and look pretty cute in their woolly coats.
You could always come and visit to experience the real thing. Those wooly coats are ever so soft.We would all be so happy to see you.
